A Critics Thought...

6.5 out of 10

Team MovieTradition's Thoughts on:

They Came From Upstairs, co-scripted by one of the writers of Madagascar and the Academy Award-winning Wallace and Gromit: The Curse of the Were Rabbits, is an adventure/comedy about kids on a family vacation who must fight off an attack by knee-high alien invaders with world-destroying ambitions—while the youngsters' parents remain clueless about the battle.

This will be deemed as an oddly familiar "child's" film. Children under the age of 14 will enjoy and remember this film throughout the days to come, but any one over this age will sadly find the film humorous but forgetful. Movie Tradition rates this film a 6.5 out of 10 for its relative comedy and not so memorable story line. We recommend this film for children, and adults who have children. Anyone else just save your money. There are better things to come in the weeks ahead.
